So what is willpower exactly? When I was in India, we were taught that it is an invisible muscle that is directly linked to our minds. Our Swami believe that the more you use it, the stronger it becomes. In my own experience, I know this to be true also. In this course we will do the most commonly neglected thing for thirty days straight in order to strengthen our willpower muscle. If you guessed "exercise", you are right. If you just rolled your eyes when you read "exercise", let me ask you this:
Why are you holding resistance? What scares you about being a better version of yourself?
The truth is that for so many of us, the idea of harnessing our true potential is only that - an idea. But what if I told you that this year could be different? That you could actually gain control over your mind and build positive habits that would spill over into every area of your life? That you can be more than you are actually allowing yourself to believe? What I just told you is true.
Some of you are already here with me, starting our mornings with breathwork and journaling. In this Willpower program, we will continue our daily journaling habit to start unlocking where we need to let go of self limiting beliefs to formulate new habits and add in physical activity each day. We'll start small, day by day, week by week until we have gradually added a challenging routine into our day to lives that strengthens our will, adds fullfillment, and makes us feel good.
