Hey Gems! My name is Shonna and I own Cosmic Flora, a crystal shop dedicated to holistic health and wellness. Today, I'm excited to talk to you about the amazing benefits of breathwork with crystals!

Breathwork is a powerful technique that involves conscious, controlled breathing to achieve mental, emotional, and physical balance. When combined with crystals, breathwork becomes even more potent, helping to enhance your energy and deepen your spiritual practice.

There are many benefits to practicing breathwork with crystals, including:

- Deep relaxation and stress relief

- Increased mental clarity and focus

- Improved emotional balance and stability

- Enhanced spiritual connection and intuition

- Release of old patterns and negative energies

So how can we practice breathwork with crystals? It's actually quite simple! Here's a quick guide to get you started:

1. Choose the crystal that resonates with you the most. You can use any type of crystal for this practice, but some popular choices include clear quartz, amethyst, rose quartz, and black tourmaline.

2. Find a comfortable, quiet place to sit or lie down. Make sure you won't be disturbed for the duration of your practice.

3. Hold the crystal in your dominant hand and close your eyes. Take a few deep, cleansing breaths to help you relax and ground yourself.

4. Begin to breathe in a steady, rhythmic pattern. You can try inhaling for four counts, holding your breath for four counts, and exhaling for eight counts. Repeat this pattern for several rounds until you feel fully relaxed and centered.

5. Focus your attention on the crystal in your hand. Visualize its energy flowing into your body, filling you with light and positivity.

6. Set an intention for your practice. You can choose to focus on a specific issue you'd like to work through, or simply ask for guidance, clarity, or healing.

7. Continue to breathe deeply and slowly, allowing yourself to fully connect with the crystal's energy. You may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or peace.

8. When you feel ready, slowly open your eyes and gently release the crystal from your hand. Take a few moments to reflect on your practice and how you feel.

Breathwork with crystals is a beautiful and effective way to enhance your spiritual practice and improve your overall wellbeing. I hope this article has inspired you to give it a try and experience the magic for yourself!

Hey Gems! My name is Shonna and I am the proud owner of Cosmic Flora, a crystal shop dedicated to holistic health and wellness. Today, I'm excited to share with you the magic of spiritual crystal baths!

What are spiritual crystal baths, you may ask? They're exactly what they sound like - a bath infused with herbs and crystals, designed to create a sacred space for deep relaxation, healing, and spiritual connection. These baths offer a natural way to release physical, emotional, and spiritual tension and are perfect for anyone looking to recharge and rejuvenate their energy.

Let's start by talking about the benefits of spiritual crystal baths. Firstly, the combination of warm water, herbs, and crystals can help to ease muscle pain, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote a sense of calm and relaxation. Additionally, the herbs and crystals used in these baths can provide specific benefits to various areas of your life, such as abundance, love, protection, or spiritual growth.

Now, let's talk about how to create your own spiritual crystal bath! First, choose the herbs you'd like to use in your bath. For instance, you can use star anise for good fortune and clarity, black lava salt to absorb negativity and protect your energy, cinnamon for spiritual focus, nutmeg for justice and truth, hibiscus for love, nurturing, and divine femininity, rosebuds for courage, love, and beauty, and lavender for peace and protection.

Then, choose a crystal that complements each herb. For example, you can pair star anise with citrine or clear quartz to amplify its properties, black lava salt with black tourmaline or obsidian for grounding and protection, cinnamon with carnelian for creativity and motivation, nutmeg with lapis lazuli or sodalite for clarity and truth, hibiscus with rose quartz or rhodonite for self-love and healing, rosebuds with ruby or garnet for passion and courage, and lavender with amethyst or fluorite for spiritual connection and peace.

Next, place the herbs and crystals in a small cloth bag or directly in the bathwater while it's running. Get into the bath and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to fully relax and connect with the energy of the bath. You can also close your eyes and visualize the herbs and crystals infusing your aura with their healing properties.

Finally, soak in the bath for at least 20-30 minutes, allowing the herbs and crystals to do their magic. During this time, you can set your intention for the bath, meditate, journal, or simply enjoy the peaceful energy of the moment.

Spiritual crystal baths are an amazing way to connect with your inner self and enhance your spiritual practice. By incorporating different herbs and crystals, you can tailor your bath to your specific needs and desires. I hope this article has inspired you to try one for yourself and experience the magic of spiritual crystal baths!

Thanks for reading, and until next time, keep shining bright!

Hey Gems,

I'm Shonna, owner of Cosmic Flora - a crystal shop in Moore, Oklahoma. As a holistic practitioner in Oklahoma, I am often asked by many clients if using crystals is a practice that is taboo in Christianity. Today, I want to discuss the fascinating and often overlooked history of crystals in the Bible.

While the use of crystals for healing and spiritual purposes is often associated with New Age and Eastern religions, crystals have been used in many different cultures and spiritual traditions throughout history, including Christianity.

While the word "crystal" isn't directly used in the Bible, there are many examples of crystals and their uses in the scriptures. For example, the Bible mentions the use of crystals in the construction of the high priest's breastplate. This breastplate, which was adorned with twelve different gemstones, including emerald, sapphire, and amethyst, was used as a symbol of the twelve tribes of Israel and represented God's people before Him.

There are also numerous mentions of crystals in the Book of Revelation. In Revelation 4:3, John describes the throne of God as having a rainbow-like appearance, which many scholars believe is a reference to the colors of the chakras and their corresponding crystals.

In addition, the Bible mentions several specific crystals, including:

1. Jasper - mentioned in the foundations of the New Jerusalem in Revelation 21:18, jasper is a stone of protection and was often worn by warriors for its powerful energy.

2. Diamond - mentioned in Ezekiel 28:13, diamonds were believed to be one of the most valuable and rare gemstones in the ancient world, and were said to symbolize purity and strength.

3. Beryl - mentioned in Exodus 28:20, beryl is a blue-green stone that was believed to offer protection and promote courage and confidence.

4. Onyx - mentioned in the description of the king of Tyre in Ezekiel 28:13, onyx is a grounding stone that was said to promote physical and emotional stamina.

While the use of crystals in the Bible is often open to interpretation, there's no denying the powerful symbolism and energy that these stones offer. Whether you're looking to deepen your spiritual practice or simply adorn yourself with beautiful and meaningful jewelry, crystals can be a powerful tool for growth and transformation.

At Cosmic Flora - we celebrate the rich and diverse history of crystals and their uses throughout the world, including Christianity. We offer a variety of crystals and gemstones that range from traditional to new-age, with something for everyone.

Thank you for reading and stay blessed.
