Women's Drumming Circle – Connect, Heal & Empower
Join Joy & Lindsi Lou for a sacred evening of rhythm, connection, and empowerment in our Women’s Drumming Circle. This gathering is a space for women to come together, release stress, awaken creativity, and align with the heartbeat of the Earth through the power of drumming.
We’ll begin with intention setting and a grounding practice to connect with ourselves and our drums. From there, we’ll explore the first rhythm we ever knew—the heartbeat—tuning into our inner wisdom and the natural rhythms of life. As the energy builds, we’ll move into free-flow drumming, allowing the beats to guide us in self-expression and connection. Then, we’ll focus our energy on a monthly theme, drumming with intention to manifest, release, or empower as a collective. We’ll close with a short reflection and sharing, integrating the experience and deepening our connection.
