MindFULL Mondays weaves mindful movement with R&B grooves and jazzy rhythms to help you drop into your body and rise into your spirit. Rooted in the wisdom of the body and inspired by healing traditions of the East and West, we'll flow into sequences that are designed to soften tension, restore balance, and realign you with your inner rhythm.
