Join us for a Soul Yoga Flow every Monday at 7:00pm with Yai. * To help reduce no-shows, we have implemented a $5 accountability fee at registration. When you arrive, you’ll receive a metaphysical retail item of equal value in exchange. You are still responsible for paying the facilitator onsite.”

MindFULL Mondays weaves mindful movement with R&B grooves and jazzy rhythms to help you drop into your body and rise into your spirit. Rooted in the wisdom of the body and inspired by healing traditions of the East and West, we'll flow into sequences that are designed to soften tension, restore balance, and realign you with your inner rhythm.
