In this 90 minute workshop, you'll shake off stress, awaken your creativity, and play with burlesque-inspired movement in a safe, supportive space.
No Dance experience is required- this class is about fun, self expression, and reconnecting with your body.
Bring your curiosity, your journal, and your willingness to play- and leave feeling more confident, inspired, and creatively alive!
