About the event
Afro-belly Flo is a fun fusion of African rhythm and Arabic belly dancing. In this class we will be focused on hip movement and expressive bodies. Sensuality and confidence is the face of this class so prepare to let these big energies flow.
This class will be led by Tegu Lashau.
Tegu Lashau is a multidisciplinary creator who prides herself in Flow movement. She is self taught through genres of afrocentric movement and belly dancing with experience as a Majorette dancer. Her intention is to empower women to connect with their inner radiance and confidence through graceful and powerful movement.
