Wake up to yourself, intention, & turning inward everyday; at least that's our goal. Join me for a daily morning practice aligned with discovering the art of mindfulness, the presence of breathing, and the power of putting pen to paper. This course is aimed at holding space for self, quieting our minds, and enlivening our spirit.
